Francis Kioni has been involved with Adventure Alternative since day one. He is our Fundi which is Kiswahilli for builder. Every project we do is carried out under the watchful eye and instruction of Kioni (also known as Kidoko Kikuyi). Respected throughout the community his work is excellent.

Kioni is also involved in leading some of our trips and is very intelligent. He has wisdom beyond his years and loves teaching and showing people around his country. He is a strong man and loves a challenge. He has a great sense of humour and loves to be on expedition.
