Safari Costs in Kenya
Safaris - each costing is tailor made and unique, depending on your needs. We talk to you on the phone about what it is you require and together we build a perfect safari. We will need to know: how many days on safari, what standard of hotel or lodge, how many nights camping, and how many Parks to visit. This will depend on your budget and particular interests eg birdlife, savannah, mountain etc. We can advise on the best Parks to visit. We also specialise in family safaris, planning a real trip that caters for children as well as adults.
We make two charges to build your budget:
1) Operational cost of the safari - accommodation, staff, park entries, food, airport pick-ups, hotels and any extras.

Lodge Safari - from £150.00 per person per day depending on Lodge choice.
As per camping safari except with double rooms in either luxury tents or lodge. Price may differ according to each lodge.
Camping Safari - £90.00 per person per day which includes all food, vehicle and staff park entries, camping costs, safari equipment and fuel.
2) Vehicle cost for the number of days of hire (see below)
Vehicle Hire -
9 seater Nissan microvan - £120 per day
With pop-up roof, comfortable seating, room for luggage, all equipment for camping - mess tent, cookers, tables, chairs, catering equipment, walk-in sleeping tents with mattresses, sheets and blankets and pillows. This vehicle is good for the easier Parks like Nakuru and Tsavo and even Amboseli.
Land Rover - £90.00 per day
This vehicle carries five comfortable in forward facing seats, has storage on top but not pop-up roof. It is a diesel 110 with 4x4 tyres.
30 seater 4x4 truck - £250 per day
This is a fully converted overland truck with aircraft style seating and plenty of storage. It is a converted Scania 82 with power steering and we provide all the camping equipment too. We provide the driver and mechanic and our team of staff and we then work with you on the itinerary. Does not include fuel.
The green truck is larger, it takes 30 people; the yellow one takes 26.

Both vehicles are available for long term hire at a discounted price.
Both vehicles are available for vehicle-hire only without any of the safari organisation or logistics eg charity groups looking to visit projects, research groups or film crews.
